BK666 Terms & Conditions – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Online Casino Platform

1 Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings assigned to them unless the context requires otherwise:

• "BK666" or "Platform" refers to the bk666.express website, including all subdomains, mobile applications, and related services operated by the company.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered a valid account on the bk666 platform and is using the services offered.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a Member on the bk666 platform for the purpose of accessing gaming and betting services.
• "Account Funds" refers to the actual cash balance in a Member's account, excluding any bonus or promotional credits that have not yet met the wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" refers to credits, free spins, or other promotional value granted by bk666 to Members subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Member must wager the bonus amount before the bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "RNG" refers to the Random Number Generator — the system used across all casino games on the bk666 platform to ensure outcomes that are fair and unpredictable.

2 Membership Eligibility

To register and use the bk666 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Aged 18 years of age and above at the time of registration and on every subsequent use of the platform. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account unable to verify this minimum age requirement.
• Is an individual registering under their own name – not on behalf of another person. Registration on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• Not appearing on any self-exclusion list or gambling prohibition list maintained by any relevant regulatory body.
• Possessing full mental and legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.
• Is not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of BK666 or any affiliated company.

3 Account Registration

Each Member is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the bk666 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings.

• You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and your correct date of birth.
• Your account password is your personal responsibility. Do not share it with anyone, and make sure it is strong and unique. BK666 will not be held liable for any losses arising from password sharing or negligence in maintaining account security.
• You agree to keep your account information up to date whenever changes occur, particularly your phone number and payment method.
• A Know Your Customer (KYC) process may be required to verify your identity before large withdrawals are processed. Documents that may be requested include a Malaysian identity card or passport.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

BK666 supports all major Malaysian payment methods to ensure seamless transactions for every Member. Deposits can be made via Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX through Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit is RM10 for all supported payment methods.
• All deposits are processed automatically in under 30 seconds and credited directly to your account balance.
• BK666 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your eWallet provider or bank may apply their own fees in accordance with their respective policies.
• Deposited funds must come from a legitimate source and belong solely to the Member. We reserve the right to request proof of the source of funds for transactions exceeding certain thresholds.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM50 for all methods.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 3 to 10 minutes once the request is approved. Withdrawals subject to KYC review may take longer.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the account or eWallet that has been registered and verified by the Member. Funds cannot be transferred to third parties.
• Any winnings derived from bonuses must meet the stipulated wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirements for each bonus are stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• BK666 reserves the right to place a withdrawal request on hold for security review purposes. Members will be notified via email or through the platform if additional information is required.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

BK666 offers a wide range of promotions and bonuses for both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to specific conditions as stated in their respective promotional terms. The following general conditions apply to most bonuses at bk666:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per Member, unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• The welcome bonus is available exclusively to new Members who have never made a deposit at bk666.
• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 20x to 40x the bonus amount (or deposit + bonus, depending on the promotion). The exact wagering conditions are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bk666 reserves the right to void any uncompleted bonus wagering requirements where there are signs of abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts or betting strategies designed to exploit bonuses.
• Some games may contribute at different percentages towards wagering requirements. Video slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as baccarat and blackjack may contribute at a lower rate.
• BK666 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6 Game Rules

The bk666 platform offers a wide variety of games including slots, Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, live table games, and Sports Betting. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game's interface. The following general rules apply to all games on bk666:

• All games use independently verified RNG. The outcome of each game is final once a round or hand is completed and cannot be disputed on the grounds of luck or expectation.
• In the event of a technical interruption during gameplay, bk666 will endeavour to restore the session to the last recorded state. If restoration is not possible, any affected bets will be refunded to the Member's account.
• BK666 reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds that occurred during a significant technical disruption. In such cases, the full stake amount will be refunded.
• For Sports Betting in the Live Match section, official results announced by the relevant sporting body — including the Malaysia Super League, BWF, and esports organizers — are final and binding.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed before play begins. Members are responsible for adhering to these limits.

7 Prohibited Conduct

To ensure a fair and safe experience for all Members, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bk666 platform:

• Fraud and manipulation: Any attempt to cheat, manipulate, or exploit vulnerabilities in the bk666 system or games.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, automated scripts, or any other software to automate gameplay or actions on the platform without prior written authorisation from bk666.
• Money laundering: Using the bk666 platform as a channel for money laundering or transferring funds derived from illegal activities.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one bk666 account for the purpose of claiming additional bonuses or circumventing any account restrictions.
• Bonus abuse: Any betting strategy specifically designed to exploit bonuses without genuine intent to play, including significant arbitrage betting.
• System interruption: Any attempt to interfere with, damage, or gain unauthorised access to bk666's systems, including through cyberattacks or exploitation of security vulnerabilities.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

BK666 reserves the right to suspend or close any Member account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Suspected or confirmed cases of fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the Member under the responsible gambling programme.
• Business decisions made by bk666 at our sole discretion, with reasonable notice given to Members.

If an account is closed for legitimate reasons (not due to a violation), any actual remaining balance in the account will be returned to the Member once all necessary reviews have been completed. Funds linked to fraudulent activity or breaches of these terms may be forfeited at bk666's discretion.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the bk666 support team. Before the closure is processed, any funds eligible for withdrawal will be returned via the registered payment method.

9 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BK666 shall not be held liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by a Member as a result of gambling on the bk666 platform, including funds lost during gameplay sessions.
• Service disruptions arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, network outages, or circumstances beyond bk666's control (force majeure).
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to a Member's account resulting from the Member's own negligence in safeguarding their password or login credentials.
• Unfavourable gambling outcomes experienced by a Member, provided the game was conducted using a certified RNG and in accordance with the established rules.

Bk666's maximum total liability to any Member, under any circumstances, is limited to the net deposit amount made by that Member within the 30 days preceding the claim, excluding bonuses and promotional credits.

10 Responsible Gambling

BK666 believes gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of stress or financial hardship. We provide the following tools to help Members manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limit: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account. These limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased within 24 hours of the change being made.
• Loss Limit: Set the maximum loss amount you are willing to absorb within a given period. The platform will automatically block further play once this limit is reached.
• Session Time Limit: Set a limit on the time you spend on the bk666 platform per session or within a daily period.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period, you will not be able to log in or make any deposits.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem, you may apply for a long-term self-exclusion period of between 6 months and 5 years, or permanently. Any remaining funds in your account will be returned once the exclusion is activated.

• All data is stored on servers protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and strict access controls.
• Members have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of their personal data by contacting us at support@bk666.express.

12 Changes to Terms

BK666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the bk666 platform after the effective date of any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw all remaining funds before the new terms take effect.

The last updated date of this document is January 2026. It is the Member's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure they remain aware of the latest applicable version.
